Beconnected wifi portable

Once the purchase process is completed, it cannot be returned except in some cases.

For a partial or 100% refund of your purchase of a portable wifi device, you must meet one of the following conditions.

  1. Not having received the portable wifi device within 30 (thirty) days of confirming the purchase with the money credited to the beconnected Tech SL beneficiary account.
  2. Receiving the beconnected wifi portable device damaged by the Courier and for reasons attributable to beconnected Tech SL, the replacement cannot be made.
  3. The equipment is sent tested by beconnected Tech SL. However, if upon delivery and within the first 5 (five) days of receipt, due to any circumstance attributable to factory problems or damage to the hardware or software of the beconnected wifi portable device, the equipment will be replaced.
  4. In the event that a refund is required, it will be made through the channel through which the payment was made. In the case of a refund by wire transfer bank, it will only be made to an account where the holder of the account is the holder of the purchase at beconnected Tech SL.
  5. No additional tax will be applied to refunds. In the case of international taxes outside of Spanish territory, they will be the responsibility of the refund applicant.

Beconnected eSIM Global

Once the purchase process is completed, it cannot be refunded except in some cases.

For a partial or 100% refund of your purchase of a beconnected eSIM, you must meet one of the following conditions.

  1. Not receiving the QR code by email within 24 hours of making the purchase.
  2. Not having scanned the QR code with any device.
  3. Not having activated the ESIM on a compatible device.
  4. Not being able to connect to the network after installing the beconnected ESIM and being assisted by the beconnected team. It is understood that you should not have data traffic processed or consumed by any device on which it has been installed and activated.
  5. In case you do not have a Smartphone or any device NOT compatible with Esim and the beconnected esim could not be installed and/or activated.
  6. In case a refund is required, it will be made through the channel that the payment was made. In case of refund by wire transfer bank, it will only be made to an account where the holder of the same is the holder of the purchase at beconnected Tech SL.
  7. No additional tax will be applied to refunds. In the case of international taxes outside of Spanish territory, they will be the responsibility of the applicant for the refund.
  8. The claim does not exceed 15 (fifteen) days from the start of the period of use.
  9. Refunds are applicable to all purchases made through the beconnected web channels and the beconnected app. In the event that a refund is required, it will be made through the channel that the payment was made. In the case of a refund by wire transfer bank, it will only be made to an account where the account holder is the owner of the purchase at beconnected Tech SL.

No additional tax will be applied to refunds. In the case of international taxes outside of Spanish territory, they will be the responsibility of the refund applicant.

All refund requests that meet any of the conditions described must be made in writing to the email info@beconnected.com.es and will be answered within 72 business hours.
